You will be required to provide proof, upon request, to support any statements or declarations made in the completion of any insurance policy transactions.

Payments/Refunds

SWIFT Digital Insurance Services offers online payment options for products/services through our website payment page.  Some of the payment options direct the user directly to the applicable insurance company payment portal.  SWIFT Digital Insurance Services has no authority to advise on the confirmation document that is available from payments made on the insurance company payment portals.  Upon completion of a payment transaction on the SWIFT Digital Insurance Services payment page the payee will be provided with a statement confirming the success of the payment. Refunds are available if the purchase is deemed to be incorrect and/or if the payment is not associated with a product that was purchased through SWIFT Digital Insurance Services.  All payments for insurance policies that are issued will be subject to the cancellation rules (insurance company specific) that encompass the product. SWIFT Digital Insurance Services recommends you contact your insurance company/broker for assistance with any inquiries you may have in regards to payments/refunds.

Modifications and termination

We reserve the right to suspend, discontinue, terminate or modify any aspect of the website, services or content and/or your access to or use of the website, services or content at any time for any reason whatsoever with or without notice to you. We further reserve the right to refuse to post on the website and the right to remove from the website any information or materials, in whole or in part, that we deem, in our sole discretion, to be inappropriate, unlawful or in violation of these terms.
