Executive Management Team
Tim Longworth
Founder
Swift Insurance is the culmination of 22 years of industry experience along with 37 simultaneous years of other business experiences. I started in this business in 1979, yes pre fax machine. Through the good, the bad and the downright ugly, I together with this terrific team, have developed proven success formulas where anyone that wants to love their career and thrive can. It shows in our people, culture and the great rewards we continue to enjoy.
This enterprise largely defines who I am and my values of trust, respect, service, proactive behavior and teamwork. I enjoy my greatest rewards through building leaders and witnessing their successes. Beyond the company though, I enjoy being surrounded by nature, four seasons of fishing, improving at golf (there’s lots of room) and great home dining and social experiences with friends and family.
Another of my strongly held beliefs is that one ought to give back to the communities that we are so fortune to be a part of. I am gratified that those same 37 years have also been very rewarding years of personal and corporate contributions of time, talent and treasure.
